We see what we’re l👀king for

Possibilities Unbound partners to imagine and build humanizing, joyful, and generative education experiences and systems. We take on projects where we can advance equity, enrich learning, and grow collective agency.

We work with districts, counties, education preparation programs, foundations, and other goal-aligned or community-based organizations—always tailoring our services to your specific needs.

How we work

We start by looking for strengths, opportunities, and radical ideas already seeded in your community. We want to understand you so we can best support you—what's working, what's hard, and what would you dare to go for if feasibility weren't a constraint?

Then we plan backwards together in concrete and measurable ways, grounded in where you actually are.

From small humanizing shifts, like taking time to greet each other as people first, to large system-level shifts like cross-institutional infrastructure and mutual aid, we're stoked to help you imagine and enact the future our communities deserve.

Founder Dr. Rebecca Hatkoff stewards each project, but gathers colleagues and friends with niche and broad expertise to support and advise, including: teachers, administrators, HR directors, professors, researchers, educational consultants, leaders across private and public sectors, and of course caregivers and students. If we’re going to change systems, we have to work in community.
